Patrick,
I just saw your video with Boil the Cabbage down, folksong of the day. have a banjo, but have never frailed. What is the technique? Is it the back of my index finger hitting the first string (D), then strum with the backs of my fingers, then pluck the 5th string with my thumb?
I teach kids “BASIC” guitar at a little music store here in Moultrie GA. Folks have been asking me for dulcimer and banjo too….
