Using WordPress
I’m using WordPress for a number of both live and concept testing purposes. It’s a very flexible platform, and can be adapted to a range of different uses. Here’s the list:
- http://rodeworks.com — personal blog site and testing platform
- http://summercabaret.org/ — Summer Cabaret site — full site using WordPress as a content management system, theme designed by me. Uses WP-Polls plugin.
- http://ysd.yale.edu/sites/gilman — Example of WordPress MU site. Quick-n-dirty site for memorial site which allowed people to submit their rememberances via moderated comment tool.
- http://ysd.yale.edu/sites/netcast/ — Another quick-n-dirty netcast site in WordPress MU
- http://ysd.yale.edu/news/ — Example of department News Site — test version, not live
- http://ysd.yale.edu/newsfeed/ — Dreamweaver-Spry tools reading news site RSS feed — very rough proof of concept.
