Web 2.0 meets book discussions

The 9/28/07 Chronicle of Higher Education has an article on a new Wordpress theme called CommentPress.  With CommentPress readers can submit their comments directly into an online text — comments that can be seen and commented on by others.  Its basically the digital version of writing in a book’s margins.

Yahoo Hack Days podcast

Somewhere around minute 27 of this podcast Bradley Horowitz, VP of the Advanced Development Division at Yahoo talks about their Hack Days — good stuff!  The rest of the conversation is pretty good too.  Its funny how Google seems to get all the big attention, but in my opinion Yahoo is equally as cool, if not even a little ahead of Google.
