Jane Wells from Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com, and a primary contributor to WordPress’ ongoing development plans, talks about the latest happenings and directions in WordPress-land.

Jane Wells is the user experience lead for WordPress, and has worked in the web industry for 10 years. Employed by Automattic, she works on diverse products such as WordPress.com, After the Deadline, Intense Debate, PollDaddy and Akismet. In addition to her work as part of the WordPress core team, Jane organizes the open source community and works to broaden contribution opportunities within the project.
