The WaybackMachine has been the way to revisit old web sites. But it looks like Adobe might have something new in the works. This demo give an interesting view of of the potential. But oddly enough I can’t find any mention of this on Adobe’s site. Even still better ways to study the dynamic content on websites is needed — if this provides a means to that end it will be welcome.
Software: Adobe Builds Web Time Machine Called Zoetrope
Adobe researchers have constructed a time machine that lets you view any web page over time, scrolling to see changes in data. But the Zoetrope software that lets you watch pricing or news-story changes over time has even headier magic powers, too.
