Summertime, and the blogging is easy — apologies to George Gershwin. While I’m enjoying some r&r enjoy this encore from the Rodeworks archive. Interesting that these project are still all around, and still going strong.
The final day of the Collaborative Technologies Conference was terrific. Panelists included Joshua Schacter, the creater of del.icio.us and Matt Mulleweg, creator of WordPress . Peter Thoeny, creator of TWiki was around on a number of panels as well. It was great to see the faces, hear the thoughts, and have a chance to chat with the people behind these mainstays of the Read-Write web. In all cases they seemed delighted and amazed at how the seeds they planted have grown through the willing contributions of so many around the world. The WIKI posting for the Open Source session has some additional notes, and a good resource listing.
