I saw a news item recently that Apple and EMI have made an agreement where their music catalog will be distributed through iTunes with no copy protection. Makes sense, especially when these types of cracks are floating around already — and in fact none of the copy protection schemes seems to really do its intented task — all they really do is annoy consumers!
