Here is a web application with ways to connect to many of your digital lives.  Once you load the ShareThis toolbar you can share a web site with friends or post it to your Facebook, Digg profile, MySpace, or on your blog.   I wrote a month or so ago about iBreadCrumbs, another web-site sharing tool.   iBreadCrumbs lets you build a grouping of sites, which could be shared with a specific purpose in mind.  So in many ways it is more full features than ShareThis.  But what it doesn’t do is make it easy to share those site groupings out to other sites — you have to go to iBreadCrumbs to see it.  And in my experience people are more likely to take look at stuff that appears where they are looking anyway — like  a Facebook Profile.  So the sharing capabilities of ShareThis I think will ultimately lead to its greater adoption.
